1. Introduction

Welcome to Targovets.bg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects suppliers and business buyers in Bulgaria for the purpose of bulk purchasing of goods and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Platform”: The Targovets.bg website and any related services.
• “User”: Any individual or business entity who creates an account or otherwise uses the platform.
• “Vendor”: A registered business or individual who offers products or services for sale on the platform.
• “Buyer”: A business or individual who purchases products from vendors via the platform.
• “Order”: A confirmed transaction initiated by a buyer through the platform.

3. Account Registration

• To use the platform, users must register an account using accurate and complete information.
• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of the entity they represent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Usage

• The platform is intended solely for legitimate B2B transactions in Bulgaria.
• Users may not post false, misleading, or illegal content or products.
• We reserve the right to remove listings or content that violates these Terms.
• All users must comply with applicable Bulgarian and EU laws.

5. Transactions and Payments

• All transactions between buyers and vendors are facilitated via Stripe for secure payments.
• Targovets.bg applies a 3% commission on each transaction, payable by the buyer at checkout.
• The platform does not hold inventory or guarantee the availability or quality of vendor products.
• All taxes, fees, and shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the vendor unless otherwise agreed.

6. Commission and Fees

• There are no monthly or subscription fees for using the platform.
• The commission is charged only upon successful transactions.
• We may revise the commission structure with prior notice to users.
• Vendors may be subject to Stripe processing fees in accordance with Stripe’s policies.

7. Listings and Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and terms.
• Vendors are solely responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
• Failure to fulfill orders in a timely or honest manner may result in removal from the platform.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

• All disputes related to transactions are to be resolved directly between the vendor and the buyer.
• Targovets.bg may offer dispute mediation but is not liable for transaction outcomes.
• Chargebacks initiated through Stripe will be handled in accordance with Stripe’s policies.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform, including logos, texts, and design elements, is the property of Targovets.bg unless otherwise stated.
• Users retain ownership of content they upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

10. Termination

• Users may delete their account at any time via their profile settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms or misuses the platform.
• Terminated accounts forfeit access to the platform and any stored content or data.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Targovets.bg is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and are not responsible for any technical disruptions.

12. Data Protection

All personal and business data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Bulgarian data protection laws. Authentication and storage are powered by Supabase, using secure, encrypted methods.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any legal disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria.
